The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I offer shipping to Canada, United States and International.

I don't accept returns or cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Exchange
If the buyer wishes to exchange for a different product, it will be up to the buyer to cover costs to ship the original product back to the seller. As well as, cover shipping costs for the new product that they wish to have in exchange for their original purchase.
